I have gone to this TSC several times and it’s always the same. The employees just really don’t care to help you. I only go here if I have no other choice. I try to be polite and speak to the employees and get looks like I’ve done something wrong. Today I went in to get a watering trough for my horses because they broke theirs. The yard is all taped off because they are working on it. One of the employees says you can just go out there and find it. No what can we do to help or anything. I worked at TSC, I get it’s a lot when you are putting out inventory but at what point does a manager step in and raise the bar for service? This is probably one of the worst ones I have been in.

The customer service was outstanding!! Several employees helped me find items inside the store. The gentleman that filled my large propane tank was very courteous and even helped me load the tank in my truck!!

On 12/28/24 @1:59 pm I returned a rain suit that I purchased at another store (GULFPORT) the night before. As I walked up to the counter cashier LAURA with a attitude from the start look at the rain suit and said it’s wet a dirty and I replied yes it is I wore it the night before and the bottom ripped. She as in Laura with a disgusted look on her face and with a shitty attitude said well you wore it and I was like yes ma’am I did in the bottom ripped 30 minutes after I bought. At the point in time, all I wanted Was another rain suit, but with her shitty attitude, I just wanted my money back after that! I’ve been to the store many times spent a lot of money here with that kind of attitude. I don’t see how she still have a job.

Lots of cheap Chinese stuff mixed in with a few worthwhile items. Good place for feed, and seed if you're in town. Fun feral ducks that hang out here, so bring them a pocketful of feed to let your kids have fun feeding them. Baby chicks in the spring and summer

Just home from getting propane tanks filled. My brand new car stinks. Apparently there is a leak. We never smelled them before. We had to sit them outside.

Don't by your chickens/turkeys from here. I bought them and my turkeys were chickens and the chicken breeds I was sold weren't even right. Tried to call and had to go to corporate to even get some money back I paid for one of the turkeys. Their management was rude and disrespectful during the whole ordeal
