I saw Dr. Manning today and he was great. Very kind and informative. Front desk staff was also very sweet. I only gave 4 stars because honestly this place needs a makeover! New paint , new decor, and have mercy some better chairs! Most the women coming here are pregnant or elderly. And I promise sitting there for a more than 30 minutes is rather uncomfortable 😐.

Clearly need to hire better ultrasound techs. The lady by the lab didn’t even attempt to get the heartbeat when I saw it clear as day on screen. Not once did I get to hear it or see the measurements of the beats. Measured the baby in the worse possible image she could have got and then put the starting point in the middle of the crown. I’ve been pregnant 7 times, and I’ve never had an ultrasound where they don’t go for the heart beat. She had a piss poor attitude and made me feel like a joke, after incorrectly measuring my baby. Then made me feel low for going to the hospital 3 times for my hemorrhage. I didn’t even see the doctor. I never want to see that woman again. The worse experience you could give a pregnant mom.

This place is a joke, they have no respect for the pregnant women, at all. I was told to avoid them before and now I understand why. They also get confused with what appointments they schedule, I was supposed to have ultrasound and when I came in they told me I don’t have ultrasound. I was only 1 minute late to sign in, and they turned me away saying that I have to reschedule the appointment now. Never heard of treating patients like this. Yet you spend hours there waiting to see the doctor and they are always pushing to you to see another doctor who is more available so it’s even hard to establish trust and relationship with the doctor.

I previously left a bad review complaining about the wait time in the lab. The office manager called me back about this matter. We were able to get everything resolved. She stated she would speak to everyone in the clinic about checking in with patients who had been waiting a while. She also stated that I could go to an offsite LabCorp to get most of the bloodwork done throughout my pregnancy, which will be great! She was able to help me work around my work schedule so that I could be seen at a time that is more convenient for my next appointment. I really appreciated how much she cared about my experience. Also, I have seen Dr. Manning and Ms. Whorton and both of them have been very knowledgeable and helpful! I really liked Ms. Whorton when I met with her today.

I would've given negative 5 stars if I could. The lack of consideration for their patients' time is appalling. I wasted my time and gas to get here, only to be turned away for a mere TWO minutes. TWO MINUTES.

It is clear that this establishment values their own convenience over the well-being of their patients. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. The incompetence and lack of professionalism displayed here is truly mind-boggling. Save yourself the frustration and find a healthcare provider who actually respects their patients' time and schedules appointments accordingly.

Dr. James Phillips has been my doctor for over 30 years, long before I even had a primary care doctor. He is by far the absolute BEST doctor ever!! He has always been so patient, kind and caring. After the birth of our daughter in 1990, I had a hematoma. He admitted me to the hospital and fixed that. In my late 20’s, I had a molar pregnancy (I was unaware at the time what that even meant) but he compassionately helped my husband and me through that sad ordeal. I saw Dr Phillips and only Dr. Phillips during those years with only one exception. In 1996, while very pregnant with our son, Dr. Phillips was planning to go on vacation. I was terrified that I would go into labor while he was gone so I asked if he would schedule another C-section before he went out of town. He ordered an amniocentesis to see if the baby’s lungs were developed enough. They were not. The day Dr. Phillips was to return, I went into labor. While at the hospital, Dr. Grimes came in to see if I wanted him to do the C-Section. I told him NO, I wanted to wait on Dr. Phillips. As the hours went by and labor progressed, Dr Grimes repeatedly came in asking if I still wanted to wait. I will have to say, although I had never known Dr. Grimes until that day, he was very precious and kind. I think he was amazed at my devotion and trust in Dr Phillips maybe. Finally, I agreed to let Dr Grimes deliver our son. He did a fantastic job. But that was the ONLY time in all the years that I ever saw anyone other than Dr. Phillips. Through all the years, he helped me with whatever problem I was facing; breast biopsies menopause, hot flashes etc and called me personally to check in on me, sometimes even after business hours.
Thank you so much Dr. Phillips for taking such good care of me. I will forever be grateful.

If I could do negative, stars I would, this place is just junk and the staff is no words, and coming to a appointment and be late for 5 minutes only, and I get set up for another appointment next week because mine was canceled for not showing up, this so stupid and ridiculous! I would never recommend this place again.

NO GRACE FROM THIS PLACE - zero stars - do not seek care from these people.

Several Long stories short - the doctors are not great, the staff you have to battle to get to them are even worse. They punish patients by policies to help cover their own poor procedures and planning.
