May 22nd 2024. Had a very good meal chicken strip dinner and box dinner. Enjoyed it very much. So much better than the fast food hamburger joints around Ocean Springs. I look forward to going the next time

Ordered a zensations salad to go. I was uneatable and thew in trash. Chicken crust was so hard and thick could not be eaten.
Salad did not have what it was supposed to have and egg roll was old and not eatable. We used to like Zaxbys but have had it with them.

Food has been consistently cold. Seems as if the lazy cooks are dropping to much to soon. Fries and chicken are always up sitting in the basket on certain shifts.

Upon arriving the front counter person did not show Great customer service, attitude was present. After a minute her presentation did change some, but should be on point from beginning to end. I ordered the Chipotle tacos they were kind of dry not enough sauce, the lettuce was discolored, and too much lettuce. The cream cheese bites are awesome. The restaurant was very clean, bathroom was on point. I would say always present yourself clearly when a customer comes in this goes a long way for their return. I know everybody has bad days but when you sit in the spotlight present yourself and the establishment well. Front counter is the first people seen.

On September 12, I bought a wings and things meal and the fries were good but the tenders were small and the wings were hot. Mind you I had to go back to the store to get my tenders because they forgot to put them in my bag. So I did the service on my experience, and was notified by the manager, Mickey, a day or two later to come by the store to pick up free tenders since the ones I received were small. He told me to come whenever I get a chance and to let whoever know that I spoke to him. I work and in nursing school so I’m not always available and very busy. I go to the store about a week ago to get my free tenders, I let the girl know that I spoke to Mickey on the phone he called me on his personal phone bc the number wasn’t the store number. She go get him and he tells her he doesn’t call people and I needed my receipt in order to receive the tenders. He never said anything about needing my receipt when he call me. Also I need went in the store. I never met him so how would I know his name. It was just a bad experience and it made me not wanna go to the ocean springs location anymore. The other manager did say she was gonna give them to me but he was saying I needed my receipt

Great place. Clean. Service a little slow but I rather my food fresh so again 🤷🏽‍♀️.. I took a star because they don't serve strawberry Fanta like the other Zaxby's. And they are little stingy with the fries. But overall I will return.

The wait time was kind of long, but that’s to be understood from a new location. The service that I got from Morrea, not so sure about the spelling of her name, but it was very similar to that she took the order and also was at the window, and I was very impressed so much to the fact that I gave her a tip!!! I hope that others give that tight service
I am a former supervisor at Delta Airlines and they don’t tell tolerate bad service service so when I say I was impressed I really want

Never been to one before. They were definitely some tasty chicken fingers and chicken Philly sandwich, served by friendly people in a nice clean atmosphere.
