Complete embolsols, went there to get simple meds refills, and established new client. WORST so call physician I've ever met. I'm just going to stop all meds if this is what is left. EXPLAINS WHY I WAS ONLY PERSON THERE!

Worst clinic experience ever. On my first visit both nurses involved in my intake were rude and abrasives. Not very professional to talk negatively about a patient especially when the patient is within ear shot. I scheduled labs and over slept the day of my appointment and tried calling to reschedule and nobody would answer my calls. When I was explaining my situation to the intake nurse she got angry with me for asking for antibiotics for my teeth. Not pain meds or anything else like that, just antibiotics and she got rude with me and almost asked me to leave when I told her I have anxiety issues. She told me that the NP would not prescribe me with antibiotics in probably the most aggressive way. I recommend going down the road about a half a mile to Doctors Med Care. The staff there actually wants you there as apposed to the attitude you get at Canterbury clinic for just showing up for an appointment. The receptionist has the people skills of a high schooler and gave me attitude the whole time I was using their patient portal. The whole experience made my anxiaty worse. Really wish I could give them negative stars.

"this girl isn't going to tell me how to do my job" Would not stick my hand..I don't have a lot of veins from being in hospital and long term care and they use pic lines or the vein in my hand. I told her I wasn't trying to tell her how to do her job I just know my body and I'm a very kind woman...I left crying and physically sick from the way they treated me throughout my Drs visit. She also yanked it out and had to restick it. I also told her I've had a DVT in the spot she stuck in the past. I felt abused and they acted like they had a problem with me from the beginning...It was a horrible experience and I've been through a lot of surgeries and illnesses.
